The conference registration fee includes:
Full conference registration
• Participation in all conference sessions from Sunday, June 26 opening keynote to Wednesday, June 29, 2016 inclusive
• Conference materials
• Welcome reception and keynote on Sunday, June 26
• Lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, plus breaks throughout the conference
• Gala reception and dinner on Tuesday, June 28
• Parking & Transportation Tour of Vancouver on Wednesday, June 29 (to be confirmed)
One day registration

Evening events are not included in the one day registration fee.
Welcome & Gala Dinner for guests & one day participants
Guests are welcome to attend either of the evening events. Once registered, please provide the name of your guest. Fees for the evening events are as follows:
• Welcome reception and keynote on Sunday, June 26 - CD$90.00
• Gala reception & dinner on Tuesday, June 28 - CD$125.00

Registration fees paid by credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars. This will be converted to your local currency by your credit card company at their current rate of exchange. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

Refund Policy:
Cancellation with full refund will be allowed up to May 2, 2016. After this date fees paid will be non-refundable. Registrations may be transferred to others in the same organization.
